It's important to become accountable for your goals and the best way I know of doing this is to publicly state you goals with a defined schedule.

I would like to see goals from all of you, they do not have to be big goals and your not in compatition with others ... just yourself.

Update

Layouts.com now has a 71.1% "add to Fav" and the Unique Visitors are up 39% from last month another month like that and I will be well over my traget of a double by Jan 1st. (You only need 36% monthly growth to double every 2 months) ~see the 72 times rule

Wicket.com is now in the hands of my partners in india (look forward to seeing what they can do)

Symbiotic.com has gone through some dramatic changes to improve its effectiveness and will be ready for it's big december promotion which should be able to grow the traffic by more than 10X by Feb 1.

The 10 websites idea has been reworked in light of new information, now only 3 sites will be launched (3 really big ones ) the first one being victoria's Restored.com.

As related to building a web based busines (for this quarter ending March 31st):

I publicly challenge myself to Doubling my unique visitors each month.
I publicly challenge myself to Doubling my content on two sites.
I publicly challenge myself to posting a basic page on ForAllYourMortgageNeeds site.
I publicly challenge myself to adding real estate related graphics (next to my Adsense ads as recommended in another post).

I publicly challenge myself to posting a new article to my blog each week (ForAllYourMortgageNeeds.com/wordpress)

I publicly challenge myself to add amazon.com affiliate links to my blogs as appropriate.

I publicly challenge myself to take Scotty to lunch for all the assistance he has provided over the last year.

I challenge everyone else to take their mentor out to lunch once this quarter.

Personal goals:
Read non-fiction book, minimum15 minutes a day. Listen to motivational tapes/CDs 20 minutes a day (from library).

I like Scotty don't (didn't?) like reading, but figured I could do 15 minutes a day.

All that in the upcoming quarter.
Another item on my to do list complete (this post).

Great goals John ... I really like the "take scotty to lunch" ... but it is not necessary, I really enjoy helping others who help themselves ...like you are doing ... keep it up!
